Pilates trains your body to be strong, flexible and balanced. It focuses on key areas including, Pelvic floor muscles, back muscles and tummy. By strengthening and releasing pelvic floor muscles, this helps maintain flexibility and strength of specific muscle groups (which can become weakened or become tight) due to postural changes and stresses that occur during pregnancy.

If you strengthen your muscles, you’ll develop a stable core. Pilates builds on this strength through a series of controlled and challenging movements in a safe manner.

Before attending classes, a 1-1 appointment is required to discuss your pregnancy and go through your trimester stages. All classes are equipped with gym balls, triangle upright pillows, amongst other equipment to help you train in the most effective and safe way.
